Find your inner strength and begin the transformation (for you, perhaps you are beside your child, or your business, school system, community, team....

Finally the integration of Polyvagal Theory, Memory reconsolidation through EFT (tapping), Nervous system tools and the importance of ATTACHMENT, and the ways early life created the conditions to keep us stressed out and hypervigilant. We have harder times trusting, sometimes we have been detached from our body (I imagine I've walked with my head attached like a balloon, about a foot above my body)We begin with finding and creating enough safety and connection, through using PV-inspired tools for regulation and other sound, energy, somatic, parts coaching, that helps connect us connect with others, and our own mindful, observer and witness, and disrupt old patterns. Whether it's for personal growth or connecting with your community, we have everything you need to create a safer and healthier environment from within an individual, all the way to a larger communities, and beyond. Once we feel safe enough to let our body release and a lightness to move to Positive Psychology, Joy, and  Play. We gain space within our system to actually use our brain for learning, and any other focused or intentional state changes that we experiment with to find what works.

...because of our personal experiences, of feeling misunderstood, due to particular vulnerabilities that can cause unrelenting physical, emotional, physiological pain, a common source of hopelessness and despair, and through loving people who are going through the repatterning of what used to be helpful, and even are from survival patterns, which are simply adaptation that our systems were forced into. Whether you are a professional or someone who, like Meredith, rubbed against the edge, and got to the point of necessity from which a willingness was born: to do anything needed to work to heal. Even Joe hasn't been immune from bouts of depression, trauma, and anger that just seems improbable (once you know him, you will feel his calm presence). Despite our own chronic challenges, neurophysiologically, emotionally, and relational pain, and experiences that felt intentionally exclusive (even from adults at very vulnerable points), we have gotten through much healing (not sure there is a finish in becoming a more mindful, content, grateful, kind, joyful and compassionate towards all of that human authenticity). Importantly, we are both here because we found the support we needed; we're here to share the appropriate support and coregulative, safe enough to feel connected. Joe has witnessed this, from his family to his career as a (high) school prevention and wellness coordinator, a social worker with curriculum level responsibilities, board member, and clinician and clinical supervisor for Liminal Horizons, PLLC, a sister agency.

All of us have a passion for this work...

It can be some of the most attuned experiences we have, relational patterns that were born from an experience of trauma, most often we are expected to attune to our caregivers, or expected to be any particular way (attachment trauma that is safeguarding adaptive survival mechanisms that are for feeling numb as it is much more tolerable based on the cost benefit analysis, knowing the pain is not withstandable... Until we become willing to doing the known both necessary and sufficient steps that we HAVE AVAILABLE NOW.
